Stop Reinventing the Wheel! How to Stick to a Proven System for True Home Business Success!

Stop Re-Inventing the Wheel!!
You know the old phrase:  "Say what they say and do what they do and you'll get what they get every time!"?  Well, there's a reason we say that!  It's because it Works!! There's no special tricks when it comes to having success with your home based business.  If you want to re-create what other successful home entrepreneurs are doing then you just need to simply do and say what they do.  Stop trying to re-invent the wheel.  I know it can be tempting to  want to try your own thing and feel like you're making it on your own steam but what's more important to you in the success of your business?  Your ego or your bank account?

When it comes to home business success the ultimate goal is to create simplicity and duplication through a system that anyone can come in and repeat over and over again!

My husband and I have been a part of the home business industry for many years now and had the privilege of learning from some of the best trainers in the industry as well as passing what we have learned to many who are hungry to learn and recreate our success as well.  What we have found is that most who take this seriously will do what we do and say what we say word for word and get incredible results but some will do this for literally only a few days or weeks and then try to move on to other trainers or systems or even try to develop their own 'systems' to run their business which if they are honest with themselves leaves them with little to no results.  You see, our mentor taught us that the thing about results is that they are often harsh but they are always fair!

You have to honestly take a step back and look at what you have been doing.  Evaluate every step.  As Bob Proctor puts it:
  • "Eliminate what doesn't work. Ask yourself ...
  1. What am I doing?
  2. What works?
  3. What doesn't work?
  • Figure that out and put your time and energy into what is working for you." 
If it's working, keep it up.... but if it's not, you HAVE to make some changes!! Look to your mentors for help and suggestions... if you do what they do and say what they say every time, you'll get what they get... SIMPLE but you have to be HUMBLE, Listen and DO it!!

Go back to the reason you were originally attracted to the home business industry in the first place. If it was for time and financial freedom then stay plugged into the team and system that can help you continue with the results you are after.  Remember, the wheel wasn't broken before you got here, which is why you were attracted to the industry in the first place so why feel the need to fix it now?  The company was already successful before you got here so stick with what's already working.  But you have to work it to make it work!

Remember, this is all about Duplication and if YOU aren't getting results then we can't let anyone follow you and what you're doing.  You want your team to follow what is actually working.  


So Keep it SIMPLE:

Don't Turn it into a Science Project!  Keep it Simple, Use the Tools and Stay Plugged In to your team!

Don't get so busy creating overly complicated online marketing campaigns and getting caught up in all the training systems you can find that you never actually get into action mode.  One of the most sly traps that people get themselves into is feeling the need to watch every training video and know it all, or create a complex marketing funnel to bring leads through a series of hoops before they ever actually do anything or call anyone.  

Remember, this business is SIMPLE and this business is SOCIAL!  That's why we like to call it "Social Network Marketing".  Just talk to people, start conversations, build connections and relationships and allow business to flow and happen organically.  You shouldn't have to force it or agonize yourself.  And if you need help, then by all means utilize your mentors and team for support.  After all, that's what we're hear for.  To make it simple and fun!   When you make this all about helping others and meeting their needs, you'll take the pressure off yourself and feel a more meaningful sense of accomplishment as your start to help other people reach their goals and dreams in life!

Next, here's a simple example of a successful way to build your business:

  1. Invite: Make the Initial Contact
  2. Send Info to Qualify and Establish Interest- via text invitation (phone app), phone call, email or facebook message  
  3. Home Event, or Call with Mentor to show teamwork support
  4. Follow-up/Invite to Join your team
  5. Team Training Action Plan... then show them how to Duplicate!
And that's It!  Literally!  Don't turn it into a science project!  Stay Excited and Have fun with it!
You don't want to reinvent the wheel and change something that's already working and working so WELL!
Keep the majority of your daily action focused on bringing in new people because new people are the life of your business.  Do what you already know is working.  If what you've been doing in the past hasn't been getting results then you have to be honest with yourself and change some things, because results is what you're after, right?  Not just spinning your wheels and banging your head agains the wall!  Watch your mentors and leaders in business... what are THEY doing?  I can pretty much guarantee they are working their butts off every day, doing and saying and talking to MORE people every day!

The path of success has already been laid out for you but it's up to you to follow it!  Keep it simple and be consistent and plug into a winning team and you'll be sure to reach your goals!
